urban standard has a new chef and menu additions
Chef Zachary Meloy joins us at Urban Standard from some celebrated kitchens across North and Central America. Formerly working with Birmingham's own star chef, Frank Stitt of Bottega, Zachary brings his passion for flavor to our cafe. As a Johnson & Wales University graduate, Zachary worked in Denver Co. before heading south for Costa Rica.
